I love mishearing

People often have mishearing.

And Some Japanese enjoy the mishearing with songs and animes.

Because sometimes Mishearing sounds like Japanese.

It's easy to understand what I mean.

«Tout tout pour ma chérie»

«Dragostea Din Tei»

«Moskau»

I like Mishearing.
It helps me sing and learn forign language.

Japanese grammar 1

My friend asked me a question about Japanese.

(Befor cheking the question, please understand 'こんにちは' = 'Hello')

Here we go!!

I'm a little bit confused about こんにちは!
You speak it Konnichiwa, but it's written " こんにちは" (my translator said!), like Konnichiha!
Why you don't write  こんにちわ? is there a special reason? or is my translator wrong?

In Japanese we pronounce ''→'Ha'.

But We sometimes pronounce '' like 'Wa'.

It's very difficult for me to explain the reason why!

So I'll show you some example here.

①こんにち = Ko N Ni Chi Wa / Hello
②きょうあついね。(今日は暑いね。) = Kyo Wa Atsui Ne / It's hot today.
③ゴキブリきらいです。(ゴキブリは嫌いです。) = Gokiburi Wa Kirai Desu / I hate cockroach.
④しゅくだいすんだ?(宿題は済んだ?) = Shukudai Wa Sunda? / Did you finish your homework?
⑤昨夜どこに行てたの? = Sakuya Wa Doko Ni Itteta No? / Where did you go last night?

You can omit '' from the sentence in ②~④.
If you omit '', It sounds like casual style.

Buy the way   you can see 'tt' at ⑤?

When you find 'tt' 'pp' 'rr' 'ss' and so on, please make a silent sound.

Check the '〇' below.

ぱい  →  ippai → i 〇 pa i  /  many
たい  →  zettai → ze 〇 ta i  /  absolutely
た    →  yatta → ya 〇 ta    /  I did it.

We always pronounce no sound at the point of '〇'.

That means 'っ' is 'silent sound' in Japanese. (〇 = っ = no sound)

But please do not confuse 'っ' and 'つ'

We have  'Small Tsu' and 'Large Tsu'

Small 'っ' = silent sound

Large 'つ' = tsu / ts

It's too difficult to expline Japanese Grammar (>~<;)

Moribito ~ Guardian of the Spirit

Here is my favorite anime.

The title is 'Moribito ~ Guardian of the Spirit'. ←(i think it the English title.)

Japanese title is '精霊守り人'(Seirei No Moribito)

        精霊 / Seirei = Spirite
        の / No =  of
        守り人 / Moribito  = Guardian

In Japan the book became famous first.

Then the anime was made.

She is 'Balsa', the hiroine of this anime.
She travels around the world as guardian.
On the way to travel, she meets the boy 'Chagmu' by chance.

For some reason, she has to guard him.

You can see so nice view, landscape, people and story through this anime.

Finally I'll show you a song.

This song is the key of this Anime♪

Kao  Kao  Hoi   Hoi
Kao  Kao  Hoi   Hoi

You can understand the meaning of lyrics at the end of 'Moribito' ♪

What's new in Japanese anime?

In Japan, 'Youkai Watch' is very popular with young children.
(妖怪ウォッチ / ようかいウォッチ)

If you'd like to catch their interest, you can use the word 'Youkai Watch'!!

And please do not forget the keyword 'Ge La Ge La Po'!!!(ゲラゲラポ)
I don't know the meaning, but if you use this, you can be a star among young children.

>>What is Youkai??>>ようかいってなに?>>妖怪って何?>>

Youkai is a name of Japanese ghost / evil spirit / monster.
For example,  men of old could not understand the science phenomenon.
So they ascribed the unknown phenomenon to 'Bad Invisible Things'
That is 'Yo u ka i'!!!

By the way // do you know 'GeGeGe no Kitaro'??
(ゲゲゲの鬼太郎 / ゲゲゲのキタロウ)

I love it better than 'Youkai Watch'.
I used to watch 'GeGeGe no Kitaro' when i was young!

We Love KOTATSU

What is kotatsu?????

You can see kotatsu in almost all Japanese house.

And You can see it in many Japanese Animes.

''Please draw the kotatsu!!''

Japanese people often eat oranges in winter.
And Cats know the warmest place, that's in kotatsu.
So we have the image of Kotatsu with oranges and cats.
