A : Because They(上海アリス幻樂団) allowed people the secondary use.
That means 'Anyone can use their characters, Music, and so on freely!!'
So Many people remade and renewed 'Games / BGM / Videos' and so on.
Of course many 'Toho Otaku' appeared then!!
